[s-cars] Concert radio install/removal

The two slots for the tools are the same on the concert and delta head
units. With the flat part of the tool facing outboard, it should
release. The
concert clips appear to be a little more robust to me and may require
pushing in harder to get the final retraction to release the head
unit. How
you push in on the tool and pull out on the head unit is left to the
reader.
