[s-cars] Torque wrench for spark plugs recommendation

FWIW, I use a bending beam torque wrench for my low torque 3/8ths drive
applications, they're easy to find, although the "settings" are limited to
every 5 ft-lbs. Lifetime warrantee and calibration papers from Snears.
