[s-cars] frogs and other lights

Let us know what you've come up with, I've been contemplating this myself,
but haven't gotten around to it yet, and have too many other projects ATM.
IF Audi used good old relay logic to do this, it shouldn't be too hard, but
if VAG did it's usual thing lately integrating things to the ECU, all bets
are off for an easy mod.
