[s-cars] Chip upgrades

[Young, Steve]

The general consensus has been to stay away.  Can't remember the
specifics right now.  An AW search should glean some information.  My
recollection was that they run the car too lean.

I have a TAP chip (PO installed). I don't have any issues and its been
in the car for several years. What is wrong with them?
