[s-cars] Chip upgrades

Not a criticism, but MTM chipsets run pretty lean as well- designed for
98RON gasoline, a little hard to find stuff that's equivalent here in the
US- there have been
many reports of knock under heavy load with MTM chips as well.

I've never had that issue with Lehman chips, but they're less common and
don't produce as much power or boost- maybe for good reason, as the stock
K24 isn't
doing a whole lot of good over 18psi.
