Well, you posted that MTM chipset was for 98 RON (EURO). That's my
understanding as well. My point is that's 93RON (US)

As I posted earlier, the RS2 injector has a better resolution and
atomization than the AAN injector. I haven't put those injectors in a
stock Motronic, but have several running with the Stage I> k24 equipped
AAN motors, that routinely pass emissions.

Got into a healthy discussion with Nate at 034 regarding the N75 valve.
Yes, swapping valves makes a difference.

Depends on what you want it to do. I personally like the k24 for
everything it does, torque rules the planet, not much will beat that
turbo for that purpose. The heat soak comes from running on track or
long efforts at WOT. For street driving, the k24 is tough to beat, but
it can only put down 280 continuous hp. The RS2 and their copies (034
2871/3071) are good turbos for those tracking their cars and/or want
more continuous horsepower.

I've driven the EVOLVE chip/downpipe/exhaust version of the v70R and I
like it too. 350hp/400torque chipped with a large displacement engine
makes me think Audi should have done a 2.5L from the factory. I don't
have any experience with the Mitsubishi turbo, but think that a big
project. I also suspect that it's the RS2 of Volvo. A 2871/3071 turbo
seems to have more potential for the AAN motor.

The mitsus don't have a similar bolt pattern, and I wasn't under the
impression that turbo was easy to find.

HTH and my .02
