Thanks for chiming in, Scott- you're the man when it comes to AAN stuff.

I thought that the MTM chipset was optimized for US 95 octane (R+M/2). My
mistake.

Won't you run into driveability issues if you increase injector size w/o
altering the fuel maps? I'd be
concerned about idling and emissions.

What about swapping N75 valves from later cars? Good, bad or no change?

Personally, I hate the heat soak from running that much boost with a small
turbo- BTDT twice. The RS2 turbo
is a nice compromise that gives you a ton more power without working the
turbo too hard.

Any idea what the V70R turbo specs are like? No one seems to know on the
Volvo side- with 2.5L I-5, the engine
is awfully close to the Audi and the turbo response is laggier than a K24 on
an AAN but pulls longer and harder
than the K24 on the top end- 80-130 is really, really nice.

If the V70R KKK has a similar bolt pattern or orientation, that would be a
nice source for a bigger blower- just recently
out of production, much easier probably to find than an RS2 w/o going to a
Garrett/KKK hybrid.
