[s-cars] OEM wiring - connectors, tools?

So, S-heads, where does one find the proper connectors to do an  
apparently OEM wiring job, and the tools to install them correctly?

I'm thinking along the lines of a coil swap, where you use the  
existing plugs and hoods, and just change the wee little wiring bits  
inside the hoods. Or another example, say you want to add an  
electronic accessory, and would like to fuse it in an empty space in  
the fuse panel. How do you get the connectors that snap into those  
empty slots, and the tools to snap them in?

Gotta be something obvious, or so I'd think, but I've never really dug  
into it to figure it out. Any leads or tips? Bueller?
