[s-cars] voltage regulator

Well, my 12/93 build S4 has original Bosch regulator as 1 197 311 214, which
is Holcombe's 09-VRB200H BH,14.5 Volt Set at $14.25. Even after the
shipping, getting the right fit and quality part made in the US is okay by
me. There is a LOT of poor products out there at some very high prices.
