[s-cars] What does "In 2" mean on trip odometer?

I have not been able to reset the ln2 flashing indicator on my car with VAG
COM. Does one need the specific VAG COM hardware (mine's an Ebay special) to
communicate with the instrument cluster?

There are 3 inspection notices in the modern Audi

OIL - typically at 7500-1000 mi interval

IN 1 - Inspection 1: 15K or 12(?) months
	(stupid stuff we do anyway)

IN 2 - Inspection 2: 30K or 36(?) months
(things we don't do: door hinges, sunroof, brake fluid, etc)

These intervals are set to 'standard' values whenever the Audi tech services
the car. I use the VAG-COM to set them way out so that they don't bother me
because I take care of stuff at oil change time.

And, it's all in the owner's service schedule.

David
