[s-cars] MA inspection suggestions?

You guys should move to good ole West-by-God.  Inspection here 
requires 1.  current registration  2. current insurance 
receipt  3.  lights work.  4.  brakes still have some pad 
material.  5. tire wear bars not exposed  6. no major rust holes 
capable of eating someone you do a hit and run to.

Frankly, you wouldn't want to drive a car which wouldn't pass the WV 
state inspection.

No sniff.   No major disassembly.

If the inspector (wrench at local corner service station) knows you 
and your car it's just a matter of doing the paper work and applying 
the sticker.
