[s-cars] MA inspection suggestions?

Around the Metro NY, north Jersey area, they'd probably hassle you if you
had tint and Montana plates...just because they could.
And as far as JC's first inspector is concerned, kinda defines
Massholes...(BTDT years ago, guess it hasn't changed much).
LL - NY - will continue to use the stealer to inspect since all they do is
hook it up to the ECU reader. Really, I watched them. Inspection took about
2 minutes.
