Bob,
well count yourself lucky you don't have to endure the great state of Michigan's inspection!
Oh that's right, there isn't any! ;-)
Basicly put a license plate and insurance on it and off you go.
And I suspect a large number of residents cancel their insurance
after buying the plate and drive without insurance coverage.
Michigan, the home of the pothole and some of the most unsafe cars I've
ever seen on the road!
