[s-cars] Snow tires again

Taka,
last fall Discount tire and Tire rack both carried the Gislaved and Generals.
If you want the Gislaved nordfrtost 3 my understanding that the General is the same tire.
Where as the current Gislaved nordfrost is the 4.
But then again I am good at being wrong
