[s-cars] Coolant flushing?

I found this process interesting, did a little googling and found:

It appears Brett knows what he speaks of.....

Now I'm pondering doing this to my S6 and swtiching it over from da green stuff
to the "proper" Audi?VW stuff. When I bought the car it had da green stuff, and it
has been easy to stay with it, any benefit to changing?
