Gary,

If the only symptom is that it "feels slower" you might check and make sure the boost line 
to the ECU hasn't popped off the moisture trap.  When the hose is off (or loose) the ECU 
doesn't get the boost signal and you lose power.

On a 94 UrS4 that would be in the center of the firewall above the connector rack.

Otherwise if you really need cats I have a used stock exhaust off of a 93 UrS4
that could be cannibalized.
