I would think you have several issues to look at - engine mounts are not where the I5 are - you would have dual exhausts coming under the car - I've seen several V8 swaps into small body cars that needed modifications to the sub-frame, don't know if the same is true on the Ur-S6 - don't know how compatible the power steering lines are or the fuel lines to the fuel rails...obviously ECU, wiring to sensors and such..

Other than that should be a piece of cake ;) You might find more relevant info on motorgeek.

Thanks for clear & solid advice on Ur-S6 upgrades.

Modern Audi V8 into a Ur-S6 - other than brakes which are easy to
sort, would this be relatively straightforward or for experts only?
Would the gearbox etc. take the power (400bhp +)?
