[s-cars] Lingering problem and effective repair

Ah yes the infamous cut out..........my 94 has lived with this for 
several months now...We tried every manner of  ECU  repair  and  chip 
inspection..........damn box  traveled to London for no reason.
Finally we find that the diaphragm was stuck and all was 
good.............now it's started again. Only not consistently. So my 
guess is that the vacuum or something else to the diaphram  is  causing  
intermittent sticking and I am stuck never knowing when I will be either 
picking up the throttle or kissing the wheel.  I do run adjustable waste 
gate, servo actuated which I have had to shut off, even when it;s acting 
up this procedure  seemed to help  I  run Bob's + 2 chip set and make 
.2.2 bar easy
Meanwhile.........when she's good she's good..........but at the moment 
it's unreliable.....My fix of choice is a 3071 with RS2 High flow 
exhaust . 44 injectors and new chip's.........I already have the 034 
intercooler and Stromung exhaust so that ought to do it !!!  ya think?
