Tony:

The same thing happened to me, I snapped off the hard line on the LR brake.
You can buy a straight section of steel hardline with flared ends and
connectors already installed from any autoparts store. Buy a cheap bending
tool and copy the OEM line. The OEM line has a union M-M connector just in
front of the rear wheel so you will only need a short length, 24-30 inches
IIRC. Buy a couple of them as they are cheap and bending the tubes takes
practice to get it right.

In the future, I learned to heat the connector with a torch and loosen
carefully with a flared wrench, I haven't broken a line since.
