[s-cars] Radio & iPod upgrades

Tethering! do tell!
 Thought AT&Junk was dragging their heels on that feature do to their
(reportedly) piss-poor network not being able to handle that much traffic!
Had read somewhere that if the iPhone was unlocked that a tethering app was
available, just not from apple.
