[s-cars] 16" Avus wheels and ECS Stage 3

Just to be clear, the lateral (or axial, whichever term peeps prefer)
clearance isn't the issue here, it's radial (from hub center to the inside
barrel of the wheel) clearance that is credit card thickness tight. There's
about 1/4" (~ 6mm) clearance between the face of the caliper and the Avus 6
spoke spokes.

Of course, if what Serge writes is true, this could all be moot, but the
last time I was on ECS's site (about 2 months ago), I thought the Stage 3
kit was the same. YMMV.
