After no fault codes for anything but the O2 sensor out of range (2341), and
after testing the cam sensor and the fuel pump relay came up with nothing,
the mechanics diagnosis is a $200 crank angle (position) sensor.  After the
diagnosis time and considering the car out of service, it probably would
have been cheaper and less of a hassle to just replace all three.
