It is probably the wrong filter, Matt. Who did you buy it from?
There are several of
the usually trusted suppliers that have this wrong for the UrS6,
trying to sell a Bosch
filter. Bosch probably makes the correct size but Worldpak has the
wrong information.
The Audi part number is correct, but of course yours is not a genuine
part or it would
fit. The filter is 342X213X20mm. Mann CU3562, Rein CFP0041P or
Hengst E915L1
are aftermarket items. I have bought the genuine part from
genuinevwaudiparts.com
for about the same price. AutohausAZ and http://www.germanautoparts.com/
    have
the info right (they don't use Worldpak).

I have always called them at HOH and talked to Jay Greene, the
fabrication shop
foreman and included directions for the job in the box. I understand
there have been
some position changes there but I am sure the shop knows exactly how
to repair the
hose. They usually don't have charges until it is done since they
bill by actual shop
time required and the shipping charges for your choice of speed on
return.  Mine have
been $72 to $74 plus shipping.

http://sites.google.com/site/audicqturbo/audibomb will get you Dave
Kase. He may
have a bomb ready or you may have to send yours.

Tom
