[s-cars] torque values for power steering hose?

I see 30 lb-ft for the banjo with crush washers at the rack and 37 lb- 
ft for the banjo on the pump.  The condition of the crush washers and  
o-rings is probably more important than tweaking the torque-new  
washers and o-rings is the best plan.
