[s-cars] recommendation and source for cat back exhaust system

That is an interesting price point for those with a failing or damaged  
original exhaust
who are confident their original cats will continue to perform  
satisfactorily.  A few if
questions in there but it can fit a real need for some.  We tend to  
think of the original
exhaust as indestructible but that is not always the case.

I think Damien just removed a BN pipes exhaust from his car in  
England.  That is a
high quality cat-back system never considered here because of the  
delivered price.
