[s-cars] Front Sway Bar Bushings-reinstallation

Fellow S-heads,

I had to remove my strut housings and I am wondering if the front  
sway bar bushings can be re-installed with the car up in the air, or  
if they have to be torqued to spec with the car resting on all its  
weight on the wheels.

I can't seem to find a reference for this in the Bentley, so if  
anyone can provide an guidance I would appreciate it. If this isn't  
one of the components that needs to be fastened with the weight on  
the suspension, what are the ones that do?
