[s-cars] Front Sway Bar Bushings-reinstallation

With sway bar bushings, it's preferable to tighten them with weight on the
wheels. Otherwise, if there is any binding, they'll be in the wheels down
position, thus they'll be all twisted (and annoyingly squeaky, at best) when
you let the car down. Ramps will suffice.
