[s-cars] HID headlight ballast - Plus more?

Got'er fixed.  Freaking bad wire!

Thanks for all the help.  It kept me from buying a part right away.   I
found I did not have 12v going in to the ballast/ignitor.

This is the second wire I replaced going from the left front light into the
passenger compartment.  I think there must be a problem in there.  Anyway, I
ran a new wire and all is well.
