[s-cars] Question about injector inserts and O-rings

Mike: Thanks. That is exactly the nightmare scenario that I hope to avoid, i.e.
a) cracking on removal and b) being sent the wrong part to replace them.  I had
that problem recently when I ordered a metre of new turbo coolant hose (the 
one under the water manifold under the intake manifold).  The hose came out of the 
Texas warehouse and was wrong (looked like a heater hose, fuzzy outer covering,  
ID too big).  I got some proper stuff from an Audi dealer in Calgary (I am in 
Vancouver) and when I returned the original order and showed the local dealer 
the proper stuff, they shrugged, i.e. they would not attempt to tell the warehouse 
that they F'd up.  How did you ever get the proper inserts?
