[s-cars] Project S6 hot but no heat

New fan/clucth assembly installed, enthusiastic test drive, back to the shop
with a rising temp gauge...again. No heat output through the HVAC system.
The rad was hot (so not blocked) as were both hoses. After-run fan
functional. Checked thermostat for improper installation, looks like there
is only one way it fits in the housing. Tested thermostat in boiling
water.

Maybe an air pocket in system? Try a vacuum pump?

Other suggestions, BTDTs?

Thanks,

Andy
