[s-cars] Project S6 on the road again in Pittsburgh

I actually figured (now confirmed by you) that the fan was heat/viscosity
motivated, I did not remember the term, 'dilatantic' I drove the car for
about 20 minutes (ambient ~85*F), showing normal 12 o'clock on the temp
gauge. I opened the hood and confirmed operation of the A/C fan but the
main fan seemed to be lollygagging, as if I could stop it with my hand.
Judgement being relative, I discovered that was true.

Since the head was rebuilt I figured all the ancillary bits were new,
apparently not.

A new fan has been ordered, finally something to replace that is actually
accessable.

Thanks,

Andy
