[s-cars] Whistling revisited

After I installed the 034 phenolic spacer I noticed a whistle at about 2700
RPM.

Is your post suggesting you now notice a performance issue?

I'd be interested to know if its a constant, or only prior to full operating
temp.  I really only notice the whistle prior to average running temp.

BTW, I wouldnt suggest a phenolic spacer, but had the extra funds and
curiosity at the time.
