[s-cars] Driveline noise/vibration

The BMW part isn't a bolt in on S-cars. Some people have been able to
successfully modify it to work- a local shop tried to weld the S-car bracket
to the BMW part and ended up melting enough of the rubber isolator to ruin
the part. The 034 part is pretty much bolt in (needed some minor mods- is
there anything they sell that doesn't?) and is in my car now, but it's
notably lighter construction than stock or the BMW part.
