Yes you can get an Allroad with the 2.7t, fun car.
Manual 6 speed is as arare as hen's teeth but can be had, or you could have it converted to manual.

But know the Allroad's have a well earned reputation for enjoying ALOT of repairs.
Before yo go down the Allroad path do ALOT of reading.

Speaking from experience, my wife drives a 2002 Allroad, we purposely bought a CPO one with factory warranty; and boy did Audi spend a lot fixing it!
Turbo failure - check (not as easily replaced as on a UrS4.
camshaft seals failure - check - check - check
Air spring failure - check
The list goes on.

I drive an UrS4/S6 for several reasons.

1. I like the ride
2. I like the performance
3. I can repair it, and if I choose to farm it out it isn't uber expen$ive

It seems almost any repair on the Allroad requires it to be put into "service mode" which is Audi speak for
"take off anything between you and the engine".

Some of the newer cars require the engine to be dropped to replace turbos or oxygen sensors!

HTH
