Could you start at the beginning.  I've missed the part about what is  
obsolete on your
streetpilot?  They have built a new West Virginia?  No?  Then they  
have built a new road
in the old West Virginia?  No?  They changed the name of all the roads  
to the Robert Byrd
highway?
