Check the vacuum lines from the door lock pump.

What about a surging idle when you turn your headlights on?? Bad ground?new alternator? Someone just back into me so I'm looking at a fresh hood radiator, and condensor. Maybe a new bumper cover if I can convince the insurance guy it wasn't already there.
