[s-cars] Short term rough idle - follow-up

I was thinking a relay is needed since I put hid kit in...yeah the 02
sensor helped idling. But for some reason it only spools to 5psi
unless you give it alot of throttle something is telling the ecu to
open the wastegate to hold 5 psi. first gear still doesn't build
positive pressure unless you launch it.
New clutch going in and i'm going to have it run over with a smoke
machine.
Sorry I had a brain fart about the vacuum but I'm sure I will never
hear the end of it from you guys. And apprently everyone needs to do
rs2 manifold turbo and fueling...cause that's the only way re
