What I've done in the past is to replace the feed to the switch with
another. Basically, the Fog light switch now feeds from the low beam
portion from the headlight switch. I trace that wire back and cut it
at teh switch. Then, find a wire that's feeds the marker lights, and
attach it. After that, you will have fog lights available any time the
marker lights are on, but they still turn off with the light switch in
the off position.
