[s-cars] Synthetic oil weight rec's

As a followup, I've just changed the oil in my V70R- takes about 6 qts. with
the filter change. I changed out about 5.5 qts. on 5.5k miles of use.
Switched from Pennzoil Platinum 10W30 to M1 5W40 turbodiesel. We'll see
about consumption.

I only mention this because it's a similar car- turbocharged, similar engine
size, less power output than most of the guys on the list @ 300.
