[s-cars] Racing Jack

[LL - NY]

For those with the lesser HF jacks, mine seems capable of slow lowering. I
did have to top up the Hydro oil AND bleed it several times, but it works
pretty well now, and it does see quite a bit of work during the summer
autocrossing.
