For ref - a good summary of camera violation laws in various states
including answers to some of the questions being bandied ex: is registered
or driver responsible etc.

The way we M at ssholes run yellows/reds, if they tried stoplight cameras here
I have to believe:
1. firstly the system would self-destruct from overload within a matter of
hours,
2. within days citizenry would burn the statehouse for interfering with a
man's god given right to blow through 'light red' lights.
