And, that's the lifetime of the manufacturer, not your lifetime. That
company will likely be gone in 10 years, or will just change the name to get
out of the old warranties. When you buy from Sears, you know that there's a
good chance it will be around for a while. That is, unless it goes the way
of Montgomery Ward.

Thanks Brian. The OTC is covered by their "Lifetime Marathon
Warranty®" whatever that means... But if I only use it 5 times in
2 years, I'll be bummed. it's for autocross and DE...so I'm hoping
it will get 15-20 uses at events! :)
The Sears jack will continue to roll around on the garage floor.
