[s-cars] track tire recommendations

the typical go to DOT-R Proxes RA1's last pretty long, priced relatively
well being older, not as much grip as the R888's... & maybe not your "track"
tire, but those Potenza RE11's are great if you'll be driving to and from
the track on them..
