[s-cars] track tire recommendations

Hoosier R6's are pretty good tires for pure track use. We run them on
many many cars, buy of particular note is the V8 Porsche 944 that's
won the SE GTS 4 NASA championship 3 years in a row now. 2800lbs,
360lb/ft worth of rear tire chewing at every straight. We get no less
than 4 whole NASA weekends to a set, sometimes 6 or 7.
