Speaking of customer service, I ordered a tire from the TireRack 
today. It's amazing what a little technology will do to assist in 
the purchase process. TR tracks incoming calls against their 
database, and while I never gave the TR guy, Cody, more than my 
first name, he had my billing and shipping information on his 
screen. This is pretty traditional technology in call centers, and 
in this case, it make the process much simpler.

Took about 4 minutes on my cellphone while on the way to work. 
Tire is expected to arrive Tuesday, shaved to the right tread 
depth.
