[s-cars] Need one Dunlop

In the damp, or even on wet pavement (so long as there isn't too much
standing water), if it's warm enough to be in shirt sleeves, DOT-R's will
consistently out stick and be more controllable than streets. Basically, if
there is any question at all, go DOT-R's. This is for autocross. I wouldn't
make the same choice where hydroplaning would have actual serious
consequences (i.e. HPDE's), but even on higher speed autocrosses, (like 3rd
gear stuff) it would seem compounding trumps evacuation channels, time after
time. Even the editors of Road and Track found this out in one of their
single brand comparos a couple of summers ago.
