[s-cars] A/C Cycling on/off...

I always thought AC cycling on/off was due mostly to low refrigerant, with the obvious off-cycle under (near?)WOT.

Interesting.... I've had the same problem with both of my S6s. I'm pretty
sure the aux. fans are working on mine but I'll have to double check.
