Okay, here's a new one for you:

What the heck is the "crown gear differential" that they're talking about in
the new RS5 that is coming out soon?

Sounds good- up to 70% front, 85% rear plus a torque-vectoring rear diff.

I hope this trickles down to the lower-end cars, as an A4 would do me just
fine, at least in the B8 size- they're quite large now- probably
close to the C5 A6.

At least with the 3.0T engine, even the current A6 Avant piques my interest
again.
