Ditto on the Nexen N3000.

I had these on my C class AMG a few years ago . Picked them up on the advice of a friend that had them on his M5.

Remarkably quiet at hwy speeds ( I had 225/255 18's ) and the grip in the rain was above average. I'd buy them again w/o flinching.

The N3000 is the only summer compound Nexen makes . Their numbering system is misleading....so the higher #s have nothing to do w/ quality.  The 7000 is a All Seas M/S.

That said.......my all time faves are still Mich Ps2's and Potenza's .

Yep, my .02 is completely different but I went Nexen N3000 last year
and have no complaints.
With patient shopping available on ebay for $350-375ish shipped.
Lowest price imaginable I think.
and
They are the exact same tread pattern as the great, original, now NLA,
GY Eagle F1 GSD2 which were about
$160 each IIRC.
DYODD  YMMV etc and so on and so forth.
Bill~saving on old S car 17" tires to afford neu S car 19" tires~M
