I wouldn't think the nature of your vibration would be brakes related
without symptoms appearing at other speeds. Direct your attention to
suspension/steering issues. 

I had a horrible wheel hop that only appeared in one exact corner on my way
to work. It was a failed strut (shock absorber) that allowed a minor wheel
imbalance to get in harmony with some suspension spring frequency
(body+springs). It took a hard stab on the brakes to stop it. Of course I
knew the shocks were old enough to be the prime suspect.
